Single Stage Homogenizer

A high-pressure homogenizer with a homogenizing device is referred to as a single-stage homogenizer.  There is only one set of the homogenizing valve on a single-stage homogenizer, which can minify fluid particles with its single-stage valve.

A single-stage homogenizer can be processed the following products: low-fat products and high viscosity products.

Benifits Of Single Stage Homogenizer

It has the following advantages to use a single-stage homogenizer.

  • Homogenizing pressure can be made higher.
  • Easier when loading pressure.
  • The cost is lower than that of a two-stage homogenizer.

Commissioning of A Single-stage Homogenizer

Before the single-stage homogenizer leaves the factory, we must debug the machine. The operation steps are as follows.

Step 1. Connect the power supply.
Step 2. Add lubricating oil to the oil tank.
Step 3. Connect the pipes such as feeding inlet and so on.
Step4. Open the cooling water valve.
Step5. Start the single-stage homogenizer, and check the motor work direction.
Step6. Observe the running after load pressure.

Choose A Single Stage Homogenizer Or Two Stage Homogenizer?

When you want to buy a homogenizer, you should also decide whether it should be a single-stage or a two-stage homogenizer.

For reducing vibration, stabilizing the back pressure, and avoiding agglomeration, a two-stage homogenizer is recommended.  Unless such features are required, single stage homogenizer is better choice.

What Is The Single Stage Homogenizer Price?

A single-stage homogenizer costs from $3000 to $50000. The price depends on the models, configurations, and materials. Send an inquiry for specific pricing information.

What Products Are The Single-Stage Homogenizer Suitable For?

The single-stage homogenizer is required for low-fat and high-viscosity products.

Are Single Stage Homogenizers In Stock?
