What will you see when you recieve the homogenizer?
When you receive the homogenizer, you will see the packing case is in good condition. The packing case includes an elaborate homogenizer and a case of spare parts. There are 4-5 pieces of tools, 3 groups of plunger gaskets, a complete set of seals, an English operation manual, packing list inside the small case.
These spare parts and tools need to be kept well and play an important role in subsequent maintenance.
GJB1000-25 Customizable Parts
The support frame is made of an A3 steel square tube. If you request to use stainless steel 304 frame, that is workable.
Usually, the complete pump head is made of stainless steel 304. The other materials stainless steel 316, duplex stainless steel 2205 can be selected.
We normally use stainless steel 304 to make sleeves and nuts. If you want to replace the other materials, it is available.

GJB1000-25 Test Process
A trial run is needed after the machine is installed. It takes 3-4 hours to test. The operation process is as follows.
- Add oil to the red dot of the oil sight glass.
- Connect wires.
- Connect the inlet and outlet of the liquid.
- Connect the cooling water inlet and outlet.
- Before startup, Check the pressure regulating handwheels are in a loose state.
- Start the machine, and check whether the large pulley rotates in the direction indicated by the sign.

GJB1000-25 Constrution
Small homogenizer GJB1000-25 is designed to be vertical. It is composed of the support frame, motor, driving parts, cylinder parts, the pump head, homogenizing parts, and small parts.
The driving parts cover the iron casting body, crankshaft, bush, connecting rod, pin, slider, gear, gear shaft, bearings, connectors, and so on.
Support frame
The standard frame is made of an A3 square tube. It is processed by an automated cutting machine. and then it is welded by a skilled welder. After welding, it needs to be completely polished.
There are two steps in painting in our factory. Spray antirust paint first, then paint with color. The other factories only do the step 1.
